You can expect a large volume of customers contacting us due to a range of queries from weather in Wellington to changes to bookings. You will need to ensure you make changes to their flights, that the new ticket details are correct, and deal with any refunds where applicable. You will also need to make sure the customers other arrangements like hotels and rental cars are re-booked to the new dates and times.
