Our check-in online service is available for all domestic flights with Air New Zealand and allows you to select your own seat, check-in and create your own boarding pass.*
How to check-in online
If check-in online is available for your flights a 'seat request and check-in' button will be displayed at the end of the booking process. Alternatively, you can retrieve your booking at a later date and if check-in is available for your flight, then select the 'seat request and check-in' button.
Seats will be allocated for you as part of the check-in process, however you may make an alternative request.
Simply print the boarding pass for each traveller and bring it with you on the day. Please bring proof of identity and confirm your gate and flight times upon arrival at the airport.
No baggage
No bags? Please proceed directly through security and arrive at the boarding gate no later than 20 minutes before departure.
Baggage
If you have bags to check in, then drop them at the bag drop counter at least 30 minutes before departure.
Need a copy of your boarding pass?
If you have checked-in online and you need to reprint your boarding pass, you can request a boarding pass copy.
